Set Up Runs

This is where you set up your customers on their set delivery run.

Task 1:

1. Navigate to Deliveries
2. Select "Set Up Runs"
3. Click "New run" at top right - to add your delivery runs in a run already created - Add "CBD RUN" as your run
4. Add a "run note" if required
5. Add a driver from the drop down list of staff to select
6. Select a colour for your run
7. Click Submit

Now we have our run set up, we need to assign customers to it. There are 2 ways to do this;

1. Through the client card, as covered in the Client Management course;
   • Navigate to "Clients
   • Select "Clients"
   • Search and open the client card by pressing on the name
   • Scroll down to "Delivery details"
   • Using drop down menu in Assign to run", select the run required
   • Scroll down to the bottom and select "Update details"
2. Assigning through the deliveries tab;
   • Navigate to Deliveries
   • Select "Set Up Runs"
   • View the "Unassigned clients" list on the right of the page. Select the correct run for your clients from the drop down list
   • Once you have the run selected in the drop down menu, click "Assign" to assign the client to that run

Task 2:

1. Navigate to Deliveries
2. Select "Set Up Runs"
3. Assign all of your customers to the "CBD Run" you have created
4. Select "Edit" to the right hand side of the "CBD run" in the "Runs list"
5. Click "Clients" - This is where you can set the drop order of your clients
6. Re order clients to understand the concept of drop order using the 3 lines to drag and drop, or using the arrow up and down buttons
